RHC Series High Resistance Thick Film Chip Resistors are available in sizes from 0402 to 2512, with resistance values ranging from 11 MΩ to 1 GΩ depending on the size.   The series offers power ratings from 1/16 W to 1 W at 70°C and maximum working voltages from 50 V to 250 V. TCR options include ±200 ppm/°C, ±300 ppm/°C, and ±700 ppm/°C depending on the resistance range. Resistance tolerances of ±1%, ±5%, and ±10% are available, with both bulk and tape-and-reel packaging options.
